Great customer service I have ordered from them a few times and have had nothing but great experiences. On my last order there was one item missing, and they made it right immediately. And on a previous order I realized after the order was placed, but before it shipped, that I ordered the wrong size watch band. And they very kindly adjusted my order for me. I really appreciate their customer service. My ordered have always left their warehouse quickly, and the products are excellent.

I am fairly new to sublimation I am fairly new to sublimation, and have found that this company is awesome! I love how they have the templates on their page and time and temp instructions! Buyer beware. This company lies. I do not recommend this business. They have very poor Customer service and they blame their mail service providers ( which they pick to mail their items through), when their own website at check out, states express delivery in 3 days, which of course doesn't happen. They would rather tell customers they are wrong then try to fix the issue. They then state that they don't even offer this shipping, even when I provided them with proof. Won't be buying from them again and I am going to make sure all out craft followers don't buy from them again. Oh and if you leave a 1 star review on their site, they hide those once they comment to them, so other buyers can't see how bad they are. Buyer Beware. This company likes to lie.
