Dope! Ordered 3 portraits from lulu cartoons over the last few months and each one has come out AMAZING! Though I request portraits of anime that are just a taaad more obscure so mine always come back unique! My experience with Lulucartoons has been TOP TIER and my friends and followers on Instagram all agree that the work they do is DOPE! Will definitely continue using LuluCartoons as my friends and family all want portraits too lol.

Despite time zone differences, I always received a reply the same day. Often within minutes!! Prices are amazing too. This was the perfect way to treasure my dog who I recently lost.

If I could give zero stars i would If I could give zero stars i would. despite my detailed description and forking over $107 dollars for a digital and physical print, they STILL drew everything wrong and it didn’t even look good. They originally answered quickly and did not offer a refund until i became annoying about it. They wanted to revise the drawing for extra cash lol. found out they only refunded me $26 out of the $107 and then STOPPED ANSWERING. i’ve tried to contact them several times since then and even messaged them on instagram to which they read and IGNORED IT. literally the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEFORE THEY SCREW UP YOURS TOO and give you the biggest headache. Their “customer satisfaction means the world to us” statement can’t be farther from the truth. What a load of performative crap.
