Soft and high-quality! Our ordered arrived within 2 weeks, but received a deducted star because my item was incorrect. There was a completely different dog and color on it :( Thankfully, I reached out and had the issue resolved easily and quickly. Within a week, I received my dog on the blanket and it is amazingly soft quality. It's adorable and I absolutely love my blanket.

Now a repeat customer Though they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, Camilo worked with me to do a custom piece. It took quite a bit of emailing back and forth but once approved the picture came quickly. There is a bit of a delay in response time but you do hear back within 24 hours. Loved the final product and have already ordered another picture for a nephew that recently lost their beloved pet.
