We needed a plaque made to honor an individual at an event in Birmingham and we needed the plaque in 2 business days! Mark Vantassell and his team helped us to create the graphics and verbiage for the plaque in less than 30 minutes and had a proof to us later that day. Labeling Electrical Equipment Great Service and Products. We ask for labels that are weather and sun resistant for 25 years and there are some issues there, but that is understandable because it is non standard request for a trophy/plaque company. They have been very accommodating and we are working toward a better label so that our needs are met in full.

Excellent Service! I needed a trophy made for a company event and I needed to use special artwork. They clearly explained to me what items and format they needed in order to complete the request. After the order was set, Benchmark delivered the trophy a few days before the expected date and it looked great! A week later, I found out I needed a second and identical trophy. All I had to do was put in a second order and reference the original. It was easy and the second trophy was delivered within a week! Overall, they provided an excellent customer service experience with a fast turn around time. I will definitely use Benchmark Trophy again for any personal or business needs.

Great experience! Highly recommended! The entire process of getting the awards created from inception to delivery was professional, efficient, and most impressive. When we couldn't provide a good black and white version of the logo for our conference, they even provided us a converted version of our color logo that looked great.
