GBquality of the hat was useless when the insignia had been installed incorrectly and did not use correct colors The quality of the hat was awful…insignia was wrong rendering the hat useless. The first hat received was crushed and insignia was wrong the replaced it with another hat and the insignia was wrong again. Then, they tell me we will give you 30% off if you order another hat. Worst experience and I will encourage all my Veteran friends not to order your products!

AUORDER WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE I was extremely nervous to place this overseas order to Australia with the current world of scams but can I just say I will order with confidence again and can not recommend toptrendygear enough. The customer service response and turn around time to answer my query and for my personalised signs to be created and received was very impressive. Only to be outdone by the quality of the product, the way my order was package with such care to ensure my signs were not damaged. So very happy - thank you again!

GBWhat made the experience great is the… What made the experience great is the quality of what we ordered, which was a gift for someone important to us. Very high quality, very nice. What was a disappointment was the shipping time and more importantly, the almost total lack of quality support from TopTrendyGear staff. I was sent info saying it had shipped when actually it had not. I was sent info saying it was in route when actually it was not. Calls and emails were responded to late with no useful info. What did we do? Wait... wait...and more wait. When it did arrive FedEx must have thrown it toward the front porch and sadly it missed, landing in some water and wet grass. Bottom line is a company is STILL responsible for the product until the product is in the happy hand of the purchaser. Makes me want to order again.. I guess. Call me if you want 865 755 5162
