i ordered a couple of prints/frames on… i ordered a couple of prints/frames on a sale, and they seemed to cost the same amount as the first time i ordered. so there's that. then immediately after i ordered i asked to exchange a print for another of the same size and prize, and they simply said 'no', rather rudely imo. so i asked them for a refund on my order so that i could reorder correctly, and they said 'no.' again.. very unhelpful and unconcerned with keeping customers happy.... i still love their selection though!

Take Your Chances!! I have sent a detailed review of my experience with Desenio. To recap, I ordered one canvas print which arrived within 6 days. Not impressed with the quality. The second part of my order, a poster, has yet to arrive despite the several assurances that it was Out For Delivery. I have given up getting the poster and, from what I understand from other reviews, my money back. You hardly need any more details from me to guess my intention of ever ordering anything from you again.

Great selection but beware of overpricing Great selection and well packaged for delivery... but I was really disappointed that after I placed my order I received multiple different deal emails where I could have save 40% off my order if I order again. I don't know if I'll ever order again because of this bait and switch approach. Just extend the real pricing from the get-go. Or a BoGo. So consider yourself warned. Tip: buy something small... then you'll get discount email(s) to place the rest of your order.
