Sub Par (DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY) Sub par communication, seems like they drop ship the products made a purchase off their wheel got lumped into the overwhelming majority that end up with level 1 valued watches. Quick google search found the watch for $25 less than what they claimed it’s worth… fast forward 3 days later no updates on order just that usps is still pending the product. DO NOT BUY. If you like a watch on the site just google and buy it directly so you don’t have to pay the middle man price.

The customer service at WatchGang is amazing The customer service at watchgang is amazing. Out of the 11 wheel spins I've done and the two years of subscription watch I have had one issue. The customer service team was fantastic and responsive. They helped immediately and solved my problem. They responded with time frames, solutions and seemed to genuinely care which is rare today.

I would not recommend this for Anyone I… I would not recommend this for Anyone I got eight watches two of them did not work out of the box and still don't with no response from the company to fix them and the ones that do work are not very appealing watches. It was a big waste of money. They never came on time. They got lost in shipping. It was always something.

Amazing watches Absolutely love the watches I have received so far from Watchgang! Orders have been received in very timely manner within billing date. Packaging is great and have had no issues whatsoever with receiving damaged packaging. Only issue I have had so far is with the last watch I received itself and it wasn't an awful issue. It's where the case and the band meet. It is a metal band and it catches from time to time on the case. Will most definitely continue with my subscription.
