AUI am not happy with the product I am not happy with the end product. It is marketed on the website that what is produced is an art piece. What I was provided with was a low res copy filter over the photo provided not something a graphic artist has done anything meaningful to. Asked for a full refund and looks like they have closed the case without talking to me.

GBI have not yet received my portrait… I have not yet received my portrait however overall you guys have been pretty solid in communication & next steps. I guess my only negative comment or area to be improved from client side is to have a better portal or viewing area of the artwork and or status in the process. Other than that I’m super excited to see it in real life at my mom’s new house in Florida. Thanks guys!

GBI had several pictures made for a thank… I had several pictures made for a thank you gift. Harold Home was very responsive, made changes when needed and delivered a very nice product.
