Beautiful This is a great company that stays on top of all requests to change up or change back while deciding on the final portrait. They read all my input first. I chose my address and not my name on my photo. If you sell or inherit your home generations can enjoy your portrait too. My portrait came out so good that I encouraged Harold's to use it for promotional purposes 😉

The only closing gift you need forever I loved the fact that I could edit and that it came back so quick! At first I thought I wanted the traditional but when I saw it I thought they may like the sketch better and so I asked for a change and voila! It’s stunning and QUITE affordable for the quality of the product. You have a loyal customer for life !

I am not happy with the product I am not happy with the end product. It is marketed on the website that what is produced is an art piece. What I was provided with was a low res copy filter over the photo provided not something a graphic artist has done anything meaningful to. Asked for a full refund and looks like they have closed the case without talking to me.
