Absolutely wonderful Absolutely wonderful! The quality of the canvas print is amazing considering the photo was so old and the colours were so vibrant. We ordered this piece to give to our mother for her birthday of her and our grandfather who passed away a few months ago and words can’t express how grateful we are at the awesome job this company did of capturing the moment we wanted to give her with her dad. Shipping was also fast considering how slow Auspost can be sometimes and email updates were very much appreciated! Thank you!

good customer service The item, large canvas print, arrived quickly; however, the bottom frame was cracked. In notified customer service via email and within an hour received a reply thanking me for the photos and stating a new shipment was on its way!! GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Suggestions were appreciated I paid extra to have a final review done before printing. The experts reached out to inform me there would be blurry parts of the canvas print and made recommendations. My tri canvas print turned out great and I will definitely use Canvas Factory again! Thanks!
