The crystal plaque was beautifully made and well-designed. It was not plastic-looking at all. Our nursing instructor was very pleased with her gift. Suggest that the inscription if black We have received an excellent plaque. If there was one thing I would change next time, it would be to get the inscription in black ink, etched into the glass. This is not the company's fault. Really outstanding job!!!!
