GBI have been an expensive hearing aid… I have been an expensive hearing aid wearer for approximately five years. Because of Covid and wearing masks my left side broke. I tried two other companies and ended with Beniwave. They came almost immediately and I can now hear again. Still trying to get my expensive set repaired. Any new users all I can say is once you receive your hearing aids ……USE THEM EVERYDAY…

GBI'm so disappointed I'm so disappointed. I've been calling & emailing customer service and they don't call back. I need help to use them. I give up! Now I want to return them but need customer service to email me or return my call. I really can't see that happening. I really don't want to throw away $299

GBVery disappointed I bought the Luna… Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

GBCAN NOT GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS… CAN NOT GET MY ORDER DELIVERED AS PROMISED. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHEN THEY WILL BE SHIPPED. 5 DAYS AGO THEY WERE ORDERED WITH BEING TOLD I WOULD GET SAME DAY DELIVERY? STILL SITTINGIN THEIR WAREHOUSE AND BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES DIFFERENT ANSWERS

GBOrdered the LUNA for my hard of hearing… Ordered the LUNA for my hard of hearing mother, got the wrong ones and the company CANNOT be contacted to get a return started. Will be doing a charge back with the credit card.
