GBWorst Online Shopping Experience I’ve Ever Had It took almost two months to receive my glasses. I emailed customer service around 10 times during that time, and only received 2-3 responses, and those only after several days. I never received confirmation emails or updates without asking several times. When the glasses arrived, they were extremely low quality—I’ve paid $20 for better glasses. I returned them, following the companies instructions, but have yet to receive my refund or any email update. In fact, the survey is the first automated message I’ve received from the company since I placed my order. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

GBGreat Quality Frames received in kit were of the highest quality. Limited selection, but the quality and styles offered make up for this to some extent. Good client service from the stylist; friendly interaction during a requested phone call needed for clarification. In the end, I was not able to move forward - but next time around I hope to find the right frames for my needs and try again.

GBPlease come back, David Kind! I wish I had better understanding on what is going on with David Kind! I absolutely love the look and feel of both pairs (Finn and Roman) I’ve purchased over the past few years… but something has changed with customer service and responsiveness within the last year! The temple on Finn unexpectedly broke one morning and I inquired after warranty (advertised as 10 yr) or repair. Roman could use a tune up too. I received a response saying that they are no longer doing refurbishing/tuneups, but could send me a replacement temple piece for $50. I said yes please and asked for more details on what the warranty actually covers…. And no response. I’ve emailed several times since and have received no reply. Genuinely confused as to what is going on! There is nothing on their website saying to expect delays in response, or that they are short staffed, or closing the business. I was hoping for this to be my last stop for eyewear, and am actually quite disappointed that seems to not be possible at this point.

GBI am buying all my glasses from David Kind Great service and knowledgeable employees. They were prompt to ship out try-on kit and helped me pick a pair of eyeglasses that fit my person the best. I would highly recommend them for your next eyeglasses purchase. Eyeglasses were of high quality material (Titanium/Acetate) and felt solid in hand. Lenses are very clear and have a good anti-reflective coating. Plus, they gave me a discount for turning in my old pair of glasses to donate to someone in need, so its a win-win. In addition, they offer a 10-year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects, so I can rest assured that David Kind stands behind their quality craftmanship.
