GBReceived My Order today I have marginal hearing loss in both ears. My first hearing aids were very expensive, needed lots of TLC, and spent a lot of time traveling back and forth to a service center. I decided to try some of the much less expensive hearing aids. This particular aid is wonderful. It is very comfortable. The rechargeable battery works all day long. I am very pleased.

GBA Waste A total Waste of both Money ($ 297 ) and Time as it Never Charged (Green Light) and the APP , after numerous attempts, was incapable of being downloaded, When queried via e mail concerning the above problems, the response was to read the instruction booklet!!! Wade

GBI like the hearing aids but the⦠I like the hearing aids but the charging system is a complete failure. After a few weeks the charging station simply quites working. I am now on my fourth charging station and the same thing happens to all of them. The hearing aids are satisfactory, looks like they could produce an equally quality charging system but obviously they can't.

GBMPO and Frequency functions I received my hearing aids about 10 days ago. The instructions are not clear at all for the MPO function and the frequency adjustment feature. Please explain these features. What does the MPO up and down change or supposed to do? When I try to fine tune the frequency adjustment, there is no change in the sound from the hearing aids. It would also be very helpful if there was a slide bar indication of where the volume is set at on the app.
