GBThis is the worst website for your… This is the worst website for your contact…. I called them 10 days after my order and still not out for shipment. I kept complaining and they said it will be out today. They didn’t provide any other detail. I am still waiting for my order

GBI Love WebEyeCare! I love WebEyeCare.com because it's easy to order contact lens and upload my prescription documentation. I get purchase reward points for ordering through WebEyeCare.com which is awesome. The shipping doesn't take long and I am satisfied with my product. This is probably my third or fourth time ordering from this company.

GBWebeyecare charges $50 processing g fee… Webeyecare charges $50 processing g fee which is astronomical compared with other contact companies. Plus they charge a 25%plus restocking g fee whereas most every other contact lens company will give a full refund. Thet only care about making a fast buck, customers come second.

GBFantastic experience Fantastic experience. Website is easy to navigate. When the discount code I entered didn't work, I sent a chat through the site. I got a text back the next morning saying they applied the code and refunded the difference to my card. Very impressed with the entire process.

GBNO 100% GUARANTEE, MORE LIKE 100% TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME JUNK Extremely Poor Customer Service. They sent me contacts that make my head swim and my Doctor's office continues to confirm and I have confirmed with another MORE Reputable Contact Lens Manufacturer/Provider that Astigmatism Contacts do infact come in a base curve of 8.6. While Webeyecare continues to attempt to debate with me that it only comes in 8.4. So Unprofessional. Andy and Mark especially were very unprofessional. They just kept blaming the doctor's office. They continue to state Total 30 only comes in base curve of 8.4. My Doctor's office says that astigmatism lenses are infact available in 8.6. The bottom line, I did not get what I paid for regardless of whose fault it was and I was hoping they would say, we are Sorry and let's get this corrected for you so you can use your contacts. Perhaps you received a bad batch, send yours back to us and we will get another one out to you asap, etc. That would have been the nice, professional thing to say and do. NO 100% Guarantee as per their website. THAT STATEMENT IS FALSE.
