Why hadn't I heard of this company before? I placed my order online Sunday afternoon, and received my contacts on Thursday. THIS is the definition of fast service with no hassle. I don't know why I hadn't heard of this company before, but assuming everything is ok with my contacts (the packaging was good, the actual box the contacts come in looked fine, and my brand and quantity were correct), I will definitely be ordering from this company again. 1-800 contacts has lost me as a customer. Did I mention these contacts were almost exactly 50% the cost of the 1-800 contacts, even including the Lensdiscounters shipping charge? FIFTY PERCENT? Yeah, I'll be back, and I"m going to tell all my friends about this.

Always great I'm always happy with the speed of service, the friendly emails and the fair prices. Have been every 6 months or so since 2009. All my lens wearing family shops here too now. I did experience a delay once however, this time around. I asked for an agent that I had dealt with before, and she gave me an honest, upfront answer regarding an issue/delay that affected my type of lens. Her attitude was pleasant to say the least and its this type of service that keeps me coming back. The order shipped in 4 days versus the 7 that she quoted from the time I called. I understand that these things happen from time to time, and I am totally fine with it. Thanks

I was able to upload my photo and see an accurate size ration of the frames virtually on my face. I love the glasses- they look and feel as though they must have cost you more than $40 to make-- giving them to me as a gift is highly appreciated and the gesture will remain with me forever.
