Replaced eyeglasses when my frames were dropped & broken My new glasses slipped off the desk and broke on one side - about 6 weeks after I ordered them. I called to if the frames could be replaced and my expensive lenses re-inserted. To my delight, EBD has arranged to send me a replacement set at no change besides shipping. the agent on the phone was helpful and quick. I am delighted!

I received them in a timely manner and am so far quite pleased with them. I am however, not pleased with the bombard of emails I received and will unsubscribe after I get the sunglasses I just ordered.

EBD still leads the pack I've been making purchases from EBD for several years now and I don't plan on changing that if the value, price, service, and quality stays the same. Incredibly hard to beat EVEN if you stack EBD against it's cheaper alternative competitors. They have more lens options, a deeper catalogue, and now sell brands such as Oakley, Raybands, and etc. EBD is difficult to beat.
