I Can Hear Again! The order was filled promptly and was received quickly. I was walking around with a hearing aid that wasn't working properly because it needed a cleaning and I ran out of the Prowax inserts that you sell. As soon as they arrived I changed out the old and installed the new and I could hear again out of that ear. What a blessing. I learned my lesson-- to reorder when my supplies are low. Thanks again.

Shipment issue: My order was shipped the next day after I ordered, however it was shipped to a completely different address. I contacted Hearing Tracker by email, and they sent out another shipment and it was delivered within a day after I was notified that it had been shipped. Excellent & quick service. This was the 4th or 5th order I have placed, and this shipment was the 1st time there was an issue with the shipment.
