They fixed my error in ordering! I made an error inputing my prescription when I ordered my glasses. I immediately notified Vooglam by email request replacement lenses. They informed me that they don't ship lenses without frames. They offered to make new lenses if I returned the original glasses. I just had to pay a few bucks for return shipping. All along the process, their communication was clear and concise, handled by humans, not bots. I'm thoroughly pleased and impressed. I got nice glasses at a great price and customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Shipping Mishap If I am being honest the shipping of my order was such a mishap. Finally received my order a month later. The order had to be shipped back to my corrected shipping address. Reordering my items to get them to me correctly was so disappointing.

A legit website for eye wear I used to go to an eye doctor to get prescription glasses until vooglam popped on my YouTube. Next I went searching to see if it was a Legit business or a scam and the reviews it had. After checking and seeing real life ppl all over the world receive and try there glasses I gave it a try. Let me just say I'm not going nowhere else for my glasses. Not only do they get my prescription right every time but it's also quickly delivered to me.
