I ordered my glasses like week ago and… I ordered my glasses like week ago and they are just creating shipping label but never giving it to cargo. Customer service is not answering.

Great product, great customer service, great price My experience with KZFOO has been absolutely amazing. The glasses are incredible quality for the prince I paid. The packaging and glasses case alone look so nice (I've kept the little boxes to hold make up brushes as they're fab little sliding drawers!). Not only that, but when I was struggling to find a pair that would suit and fit my face correctly, I received some advice from the staff at KZFOO who were really helpful and understanding. They even took the time to email and check if I liked them adter I'd received them. The glasses themselves feel good quality and lots of people have asked where I got them from. For what I paid for them (a fraction of what they cost in the shops and even competitive with other online glasses shops), I am over the moon and would certainly use FZFOO again without hesitation. Great quality product, great customer service, great price. What more can you ask for?

Super easy company to order from and… Super easy company to order from and deal with, excellent range of glasses and even though my order said up-to 21 days for delivery they arrived with 10 days. Overall really happy, my glasses are beautiful and the prescription spot on. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Paid £5 for a pair of trendy, gorgeous glasses that fit like a glove. Was worried as I have pretty bad eyesight that the prescription would be off but they are perfect. Will definitely be ordering more and recommending to family and friends
