worst customer service and shipping i… worst customer service and shipping i have ever experienced. no contact from company after 12 days since item shipped. tracking number does not work, live chat does not work, no reply on "always available asap" help line. absolutely false and shocking information on website. still have not received my parcel, over 2 weeks late. never ever order from this. company

A good product at a good price After receiving the pair of Milan glasses in mid Jan, I can confirm it is a fit-for-purpose, reliable product, which many people have complemented me on. I appreciated that after an initial hiccup, I was able to track and trace the order through the Shop app. All in all, I received a good product at a good price. Would recommend to friends and probably will reorder a spare set from Syghtglass.

I recently made an order to get new… I recently made an order to get new glasses for gaming and unfortunately the frames i picked were out of stock but the team was so quick to reach out and email me to make the necessary adjustments to still get the glasses sent to me within a reasonable time so i look forward to receiving them soon the set the frames to get shipped right away to make up for the delay.
