GBHonestly this company deserves no stars… Honestly this company deserves no stars at all. I ordered a pair of glasses in the beginning of March, waited almost two weeks for them to ship and they only supposedly did after I reached out to the company. They claimed the package was in LA but the shipping details attached showed no proof of that and actually said that USPS hadn't even received it yet. I continued to wait until April when I reached out again and they said it was lost in the mail. I'm pretty sure they just never shipped it. I was given a full refund and sent a replacement, which shocker, hasn't arrived. I'm not expecting it to. I ended up ordering a similar pair from a different company that showed up in about a week. To me, this company seems like a total scam. I think they hope you buy from them and forget about it so they can keep your money. After reading some of these other reviews, so many other people have had the exact same problem! They don't deserve your business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

GBI just love the styles & prescription… I just love the styles & prescription options! There are far more choices through Sojos Vision than any other I’ve seen. They also provide those elusive wipes for glasses & options for protecting your fabulous eyewear. It’s the win/win for me Dr. Amy Alexander

GBStop! Don't buy your glasses here! Right after I purchased a pair of frames, my credit card number was used fraudulently! Luckily, my bank immediately identified the fraud and fixed it. The shipping notification email link contained malware, which has been removed from my computer. The frames that finally arrived are made of the same cheap plastic used for children's sunglasses! Overall, a thoroughly negative experience!!

GBFriendly, accommodating and customer satisfying I really loved the Revive reading glasses. I had my first pair for 2 years. Then they got sat on and broke. I ordered a new pair and apparently checked the wrong box and got just the frames. It is extremely comforting knowing that the customer service is always prompt and ready to resolve any issue. It was my mistake in the ordering. They are sending me the reading glasses that meant to order and there is no extra charge. Very friendly, very accomodating, very customer satisfying. It feels more like dealing with friends than with some obscure nobody! 5 stars in every department, especially the help staff.
