GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. I have requested a return on their website twice and I have yet to hear back from somebody. They don’t make it easy for you to return product, hoping the customer would just give up and keep the purchase. I don’t recommend buying off their website at all, it’s a nightmare.

GBPleasant Experience The glasses that I ordered were shipped and received quickly and were packaged well. They were in perfect shape and just as I ordered. I needed to return the glasses that I purchased due to an error in my ordering the wrong size. I explained this to the staff and they were happy to accept the return and I received a full refund. Very pleasant experience.

GBWhat To Get Next! Was about to spend a grip on some new glass because I needed them. A friend showed me the page and I was a little skeptical until I received them today. I told my son about my purchase of Ralph Lauren and said he has a pair as well. So I compared the 2 for authenticity. To a freaky T in comparison but mines were waaayyyyy less and I think looked better! Just saying because it's mines. The price I paid! The time it took to receive them! Not to mention how good I look in them! Job well done guys!! Will be seeing you sooner than later!!! Thanks a WHOLE BUNCH!❤️❤️❤️

GBThe website was easy to navigate and… The website was easy to navigate and check out was easy with a number of payment options. The pricing for the OG Elsetree Frame was very good. The only thing that I wish for was more detail dimensional information of the products. Information such as bridge width and temple length would be helpful.
