Overall a Great Site to Shop I love using this site for my prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses. My only issue on my last purchase is I was provided a promo code that did not work at checkout and I could not verify if any VSP discounts were applied.

I am always ordering from your website… I am always ordering from your website and there is point should be given to me or be applied to my order but it never happened. I do not like that because you are lying to the customers.

The order went fine with little bug The order went fine, but when comes to shipping, there were two options; 5-7 days free, 3-5 days $7.95. I tried to choose the free option but I could not. The only obligatory option was $7.95. So this is not nice. Either specify shipping $7.95 without putting the free shipping option that cannot be chosen, or make the free shipping option available.
