The customer service rep we spoke with was honest - everything we were told was true. The frames arrived in approximately 7 days. They are authentic (not cheap knock offs). Authentic Tom Ford products :) I’ve had Tom Ford sunglasses for a while now so I decided to buy a pair of Tom Form frames from this store. Tbh I wasn’t sure about buying expensive brand name frames online but I’m very satisfied with the product they sent me. Everything is authentic and very obviously legit, they came with all the production markings, serial number and packaging I’ve seen on other products I’ve bought through a TF store.
