GBExcellent customer service My package was stuck for 7 days and I reached out to sllac customer service immediately. They offered to remake the glasses for me for free. And I didn't expect they keeped their eyes on my package, and 1 day later, I got an email from them saying my package shipping info just got updated and it would arrive by tomorrow. Their customer service is really nice!! And I love my new glasses!

GBTint control problem I've order glasses with Dark brown tint (80%) from Sllac some years ago and it was great; brown enough but not too dark. I ordered another pair recently with medium brown tint (50%), and these came darker than the previous dark ones. How is 50% darker than 80%? Disappointed in the quality control, but other than that, buying experience has been great.

GBThere was an error made in my most… There was an error made in my most recent pair of eyeglasses I ordered. Customer service was able to get with management and replace my glasses with the correct prescription at no cost. I will continue to recommend SLLAC to everyone I know. Thank you!
