GBOK I thought it was going to be a scam OK I thought it was going to be a scam. I did not receive my order and like a month had gone by. I contacted Ublin via email to explain the problem. I'll admit I was upset in my email. They gave me the best customer service Long story short they apologized that I did not get my order and remade my glasses and sent them to me. All the while they were checking on me to make sure I was good. I received my glasses (the second ones). and I LOVE them. the quality is great, the prescription is great. The Customer service IS GREAT. and customer service is a big thing to me. Oh yeah, i'm getting more glasses. This is my ultimate go to for glasses. Never did get my 1st order!!
