Great moving experience This company was the best choice for moving long distance. The staff is friendly & very responsive too. The movers were on time & got everything packed up with time to spare also. Highly recommend them if you’re in the Charlotte area.

Great Service and Great Staff We booked Moving Muscle through UHaul, they were great. The movers, Alex, Ethan, and Santi were perfect. They got everything done in a timely manner and were safe with everything. Good College kids with great work ethic!

Best Movers I have ever had My movers were on time, polite, and careful. They are definitely worth the affordable rate and I highly recommend them. If you are trying to save money, but also protect your belongings they are the perfect company.

I didn’t mind so much that they were 2… I didn’t mind so much that they were 2 hours late since they called. But they told me they couldn’t fit everything in the POD which was not true. Unfortunately I did not micromanage them as there were large gaps of space left. We actually went and rearranged things and not only were we able to fit the washer and dryer, but a nightstand, box spring and mattress along with several other items. Then they left several dents in the wall. I messaged the person I was in contact with on Saturday but received no response regarding the damages. I was hoping to use the same company to unload in a few weeks but definitely will not use them again.

LONG POST BUT WORTH IT!!! Sorry this might be a longer post but I think it will be worth the read. I have had moving companies move me in the past on at least 4 occasions. This time I priced them handling the entire move including the truck but the prices are way too high. Then we decided it might be a good idea to hire just the movers and when doing a Google search I found Moving Muscle. First of all, moving muscle is not the only company that offers this service, however, the price is the lowest I was able to find. Obviously, the term "you get what you pay for" came to mind and I was a bit leery at first but wanted to try based on others' reviews like this one. The movers from moving muscle were on time, in fact, Mack, one of the two movers, came a day before, LOL, but it was good to see they were ready and aware of the move to come. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING!!! Both movers dived right in and organized the packing of the truck in an effort to fit everything in the 16" truck. They tied things in, they loaded in layers, they put the mattress and box spring in place to prevent anything from falling and I had nothing to worry about. Nothing was damaged in the move at all, they took great care of our possessions. The move I had scheduled them for three hours but when I went to get the truck, they did not have it ready and I was late getting back. However, by the time I got there with the truck, they already had several things on the sidewalk ready to load. The move itself, because I was late, ended up taking longer than expected. I asked if I could add them for an additional hour and they agreed. When they were all done they ended up giving me the last hour FREE OF CHARGE!!! Blew my mind to have any company throw in an extra hour of labor gratis. Both movers were hardworking, polite, and courteous and they got everything in no problem! All in all, it was by far the best moving experience I have ever had!! We plan on staying where we moved for quite some time but my wife and I agreed, when we move again I will have moving muscle handle everything and I can rest assured that everything will be done correctly, efficiently, and fast. Thank you Moving Muscle, we appreciate you guys!!! By the way, tip these guys well, they deserve it!!
