Chad went above and beyond! Chad was extremely helpful in guiding our family through the difficult process of seeking the right home, at the right price, at the workable terms our family could afford. He helped with acquiring the best room and the appropriate level of care after we found the home that dad would be comfortable in. Finally, Chad stopped by unexpectedly to visit my dad at about the 2 week point of his new home, to see how he was coping, if there were any issues, and to ensure dad was satisfied. Top Marks!! I highly recommend working with Jen Jen is a pleasure to work with. She has a long history of serving seniors to meet their needs ranging from rehabilitation, skilled nursing and placement of seniors into appropriate housing when they can no longer live independently. Because of her background, she understands the importance of finding the right placement for her clients. She is trustworthy, easy to talk to and will take the time to find the right place.
