GBHighly Recommend I have waited a year to leave this review. My husband and I had been to a fancy Manhattan-based clinic. It felt like a factory or assembly line. While it was a difficult decision to switch, have never regretted the choice. I highly recommend Genesis . Dr. Chiware was my doctor and if I ever choose to have another child, I will specifically ask for her care. While the Genesis Brooklyn Office isn’t sparkling and new, the team from the front desk to the doctors are very professional and very attentive. They serve a diverse community and are well trained and have good people skills. Our doctor, Dr. Chiware, was, and continues to be phenomenal! She made herself available, answered all her questions, was very professional, of course, but very up-to-date in her field. She managed her entire IVF process, including the planning and changes to our plans, and the implantation, which is the trickiest part. I was pregnant from the first implantation and now I have a healthy baby.

GBDr. Grazi/Genesis Fertility Team Dr. Grazi and the team were great. Dr. Grazi was informative, attentive, and balanced hope with realistic scenarios. He was truly wonderful at every appointment, patiently providing answers to my husband me.The nurses were fantastic--IVF and the ones that conducted the blood draw.

GBExcellent experience Everyone in the office from the lovely ladies at the front desk, the phlebotomists, the ultrasound techs, nurses and doctors - we’re all AMAZING. If you’re visiting the office you’re likely there often and they make you feel welcomed and like family. I worked with Doctor Melzer-Ross. She is soft spoken, honest, and makes you feel very comfortable. My husband and I had lots of questions and she was patient in answering all of them. I can not recommend this office enough.
