Do not buy from these people! I did not realise at the time that the company is not a UK company. Furious with myself for not checking. I suffer badly from plantar fasciitus and these looked perfect for me. Absolutely awful, badly made, unfinished stitching. I wouldn't have paid £1 for them in a sale. No returns information in the grey plastic bag. Then when you find their returns 'procedure' it is almost impossible and costly. Never buy from these people total rubbish footwear.

Whatever you do don’t think about… Whatever you do don’t think about buying anything from this “China based” company. If only I had read their reviews first I ordered 2 “cashmere jumpers” Total cost £60. 3 weeks later 2 of the worst quality 95%cotton 5% acrylic shoddy jumpers came. On opening 1 I immediate knew they were very cheap copies. 6 communications between myself & the “customer care” team assured me I was never getting a refund. They offered £6 refund or I could pay them £30-£40 to ship them back to China. Then my refund could be as much as £12 in about 3 months time! Threatening them with the small claims court had no effect at all So please please save your money for something from a reputable UK Company

AVOID AVOID - this is a lesson learned for me. Ordered two pairs on impulse based on the misleading advert regarding raised arch and orthopaedic benefits. If I’d realised at time of order they were being sent direct from China I wouldn’t have ordered. After three weeks hopeful waiting (must admit their tracker does work well) I have today received two pairs of the cheapest plastic trainers I’ve ever seen. Not comfortable, nor breathable and certainly not designed to last. Not worth the predictable hassle of returning- one of life’s lessons, I will stick with Skechers in future!

You do not get what you've paid for! I can only echo what others have written. When the item arrived it was nothing like the one shown in the picture on the website! Very thin, poor quality. Refund of £6 offered - really?! A replacement was sent, but still totally unacceptable, the same inferior quality. Emails exchanged, but to no avail. I could go on ...! The bottom line is - DO NOT trust this China-based company

Ladies' cushioned backless walking shoes Bought the cushioned ladies' walking backless shoes which is a huge disappointment. The soles are so stiff with little flexibility. Not cushioned for comfort as advertised. The design of the soles gives a rocking feeling. I would like to know which "expert" created them. Uncomfortable to wear. Did not realise they were being sent from China otherwise I would not have purchased them.
