Horrible company and customer service I ordered a 110v lamp with a timer. What I received was a 220v lamp. I live in the United States. So now I’m out my $271.00 and have a stupid lamp that I didn’t order and can’t use. I contacted support and they replied one time saying they were going to send me a step up transformer but never did. Now they won’t respond at all. I have reported them to the BBB. Horrible company.

First time to me sent the wrong unit First time to me sent the wrong unit - 230V. After my letter this unit was asked to return, and after sent me the right unit, what is working good. But nobody returned me money for shipping. I attached to the letter the shipping receipt.l am still waiting the money for the shipping.

First one sent didn't work as… First one sent didn't work as manufacture defect. So upgraded me and sent me new one, no charge, after I returned old one. Love this lamp. Has helped my psorasis greatly and has kept me out of the tanning beds.
