Not the experience/service I expected I placed my order on 11/20/23. I still have not received it. Their message still reads "PROCESSING- ALLOW 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST ORDERS TO SHIP. PO ORDERS ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS." When I called to get an update the email I received back (you have to communicate with them via email) stated the item comes from the manufacturer and there was a problem with them receiving my order so they placed my order again. I still haven't received my item. I'm very frustrated and discouraged!

Great Experience The website has many product options, is clearly organized, and is user-friendly. I have purchased technology from Adaptive Tech Solutions for a long time and will continue to do so
