Ran into some possible Dutch scammers… Ran into some possible Dutch scammers that used Cointopay as their currency system. After going through normal communication procedures with the company, they stopped communicating with me and I did not receive a refund for products and services unrendered. My wife told me to contact Cointopay to see if they could contact them. Cointopay got a hold of the company I bought products and services through and told me the man had "fallen ill." Giving the benefit of the doubt I remained patient. Eventually I was credited the full amount through Cointopay for the company. Cointopay's staff are very responsive and friendly. The are understanding and knowledgeable. Money is a stressful subject, yet they are gracious and professional. The interface for the wallet and website itself is a bit clunky, counterintuitive, and there is little documentation. This is made up by their terrific customer service. I recommend working with them.
