The best service in chairlifts installation Excellent service , My chairlifts were installed as it was planned. Work was very thorough we even got an expert person from Wisconsin headquarters to oversee the installation. Very happy with the process and results. And it is made in AMERICA!!!!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. I went on line to make an appointment for someone to come to my house with a quote. Eric came to my house and gave me a brochure and explained the specs and warranty in detail and to my satisfaction. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did not pressure me like the other company that I received a quote from did. He also said he would be the one to install the stairlift. He did a very good job in installing the stairlift. I would recommend American Stairlift because they were very easy to deal with. They had no hidden agendas which I liked very much.

While the stairlift itself is… While the stairlift itself is satisfactory, the internal communication within the company, particularly between the sales team and warehouse management, was lacking. As a result, the installation process, which should have taken half a day, extended to three half days.
