Shoes are terrible quality Shoes are terrible quality, fabric feels like sandpaper. Don't waste your money. I cannot return them as "I bought them on a promotion" they will exchange them for a new pair if I spend a further $11. no thank you, I've already wasted enough money.

I ordered 3 pairs I ordered 3 pairs, was not happy at all when received the goods because 2 pairs was wrong sizes. I wrote a complaint and the response was very helpful. Roxten send me the right size short after. I have to say I'm very pleased with the quick problem solved therefore customer service # great service and customer oriented. We have purchased several pairs of… We have purchased several pairs of shoes and all we have been very pleased with by way of quality, speed of delivery and style. A small disappointment with the latest purchase as the laces supplied were two different lengths.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service and all the shoes (too many to count) I now possess are fantastic. I have been suffering swollen feet since I got cardiac and diabetics and found it hard to walk. Now I have such comfy shoes I can walk easily
