Barry is a great consultant who was very helpful. The center called me as requested and managed to schedule an earlier installation due to a cancellation that coincided with my father's discharge from rehab. Then Derrick E. arrived promptly as scheduled, installed the lift and made sure I understand the functions, etc. I highly recommend Lifeway Mobility for chair lifts. A+ all around.

GBLogan was so very personable and exceded our expectations. Logan Winter was so very personable and caring. We only rated him a 5 as there wasn't a higher number to give him. His knowledge and professionalism were in evidence the entire time he was at our home installing our stairlift. We can't remember any similar experience being anywhere near as great as what he provided. Can't wait until we might have another chance to interact with him. My wife and I were truly impressed.

GBSafety and Independence Excellent communication, arrived in a timely manner. Mike Johnson was very personable and thoroughly explained the chairlift costs, process, installation, warranty's. Provided a drawing, cost sheet with breakdown, and if we no longer need the stair lifts, the company offers a buy back on the product. I feel very confident that a safe product will help my dad to maintain independence.
