GBAvoid Blink! Blink listed a pharmacy where I could go to pick up the rx that I wanted and told me to get a prescription from my doctor. I discovered the pharmacy did not carry the drug I wanted--none of the pharmacies Blink listed did--and the drug does not require a prescription. I canceled the order (and am supposed to get a refund), but see no way to remove my profile or credit card info. AVOID BLINK!!!

GBMedication was ordered on March 13 Medication was ordered on March 13, 2024. I have not received it. After calling to check on the status they said they would text or email an update. As of today I haven't received an answer when my medication should arrive. Terrible company stay away!

GBBrooke and Blink have been outstanding! The sales reps and the emails have been on-point with every order I’ve placed. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews. The # I called for svc was 833-435-0213, and spoke with Brooke. A Miebo script was left on our porch on a very windy day, and we saw it blow away on camera. We looked everywhere for it, and couldn’t find it. I emailed Blink, and they sent me another one at no cost. My neighbor found our pkg. in her bushes 3 doors down and delivered it yesterday. I called Blink to thank them for sending me a replacement, and told them my neighbor had found it. I asked if they wanted me to send it back, or pay for it now or at the time of the next refill. I couldn’t ask for any better assistance.

GBGreat prices, virtually non-existent customer service The only thing Blink is good for is good prices and sending your purchases, but don't expect any customer service because it barely exists. I am under the impression that there is only one customer service person for the entire company. There is no way to reach anyone by phone and so far the only reply to the mail I sent asking for help asked me to verify my identity. Thanks.

GBMy daughter had a prescription send to… My daughter had a prescription send to them, about 3 weeks later I got a call that they need to speak with my daughter, she is away on school and she also autistic, she does not on the phone, the person on the phone said it was nothing he could do, but then after talking with his supervisor he said he was going to call the doctor direct to get the okay, never her again for anther 2 weeks, now I got a call again with the same answer is nothing I can do if I don't speak with her, so I told them to cancel the order, and they did, so they could not take my word to order the medication but they did take my word to cancel, I knew but the reviews that this was not going to happen.
