I have never been treated so cruel I have never been treated so cruel If there was zero stars I would pick that I am a repeat customer of which I paid my bill A year ago for the first visit I rescheduled my yearly check up through their emails and confirmed my appointment and submitted my insurance information I got there on my scheduled date a little early And handed the receptionist my ID and insurance card and she looked at it and said to me “ oh Florida blue we don’t take that and since you have that she won’t even take cash payment from you” So I left feeling so rejected and literally felt ill from the cruel treatment I had just experienced The thought of that day still Bothers me and gives me a horrible feelings

Horrible customer service. Port Orange FL office… I went to their Port Orange FL office many times in the past with good service but now it’s unbelievably horrible. It took 42 minutes to schedule an appointment. Keep getting transferred to different people that either can’t or won’t schedule the appointment. They don’t speak English well enough to understand anything. Earliest appoint at 2 different locations is 3 months out. I get 3-4 phone calls per day and when I answer it goes to a recording that never ends or gets you to a live person. Also getting 2 texts every day and they all have different numbers to call. Don’t waste your time here.

Top notch doc, lackluster facility I would say that the doctor and her assistants were top notch. The front desk staff as well as the facility itself was lackluster. Didn’t really appreciate sitting out in the freezing waiting room in between procedures. Made me feel uncomfortable. Also seemed like other patients who had been there previously were greeted much nicer than me as a new patient. Thankful the doc is good at what she does and is very personable with a great bedside manner.

COMPETENT FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL This is the most competent, efficient and friendly doctor office that we have ever encountered. The staff is fantastic, courtesy, friendly and extremely professional. Never a wait to see the dermatologist. We wish all doctor offices were this well run. Kudos to Michelle,Gina, Patty, Fawn, et al. We appreciate everything you do.

Advanced Dermatology is very poorly… Advanced Dermatology is very poorly managed! Numerous people are scheduled with the same doctor at the exact same appointment time.I arrived to a waiting room full of patients all waiting for Dr. Patel. I asked how many people had an appointment scheduled for the same time as my appointment and 4 people had the same appointment time. I have never been at this office that I did not have to wait an unreasonable time. When I have seen Dr Patel she rushes through the examination.
