Do not order from this company. Was sent vitamins that expire in 3 months for a 6 month supply bottle. Asked for a refund and they refused, so I am left with essentially expired vitamins. Probably the worst company I have bought from, will never be doing business with them again and I suggest you save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

I ordered buy 2 Get 1 free Vitamin… I ordered buy 2 Get 1 free Vitamin World products. I only received 2 products. I called Vitamin World and sent pictures of the box and its contents. Their response was that the weight of the box when they shipped it means that all of the products were in the box AND if I wanted to return the products, I would only get a refund of the products returned minus shipping. They never sent me a receipt, or a packing slip, or an email of when it was shipping or anything. They did send me an email that was supposed to go to someone else about the expired product they sent to him. Never do business with Vitamin World! They are shady AF!

Order made since September 2020 Order made since September 2020, I have not received my order it now January 2021. I contact twice before I received a response, they are telling 3 different thing which is not valid. Please listen to the bad reviews that the real review, I have to contact my card provider to get my money back. What a waste of time and effort. Do not shop with Vitamin World unless you want to waste your money.

Terrible Terrible! No help or response from customer service, I have tried to contact them in over 3 occasions! I still have not received my supplements and every time I click on the tracking link they say that it was due to be delivered on the 31st March! We are in April and I have had no supplements, no help from the company whatsoever. But they had no problem taking my money though!. Do not shop here unless you want to waste your money!
