Money taken out of the account, no delivery!!! I placed the order on 30th September, I got a confirmation that the money was taken from my account. I checked with my bank and the money was taken out from my account. I called 5 times already and the delivery was not made!!!! Nobody can tell me either that the delivery will be made or that a full refund has been processed!

No delivery, No answer! I'm wondering how can some people here get good service and are happy with medcare2go but I haven't gotten my medicine delivered to me yet after almost one month!? I have send several emails to the customer's service but they didn't answer me! Their phone number is busy all the time! I have paid for my order, but steel no delivery or answer from them! Very disappointed!

Delivery delayed, but good service in the end Delivery was slower than expected (ordered 10th March, delivered 21st March), but I'm now satisfied this wasn't the fault of Medcare2go. They assured me that they had pushed the order to the distributor, and this turned out to be the case. For whatever reason, this distributor took more than a week to dispatch the order, instead of the promised 24 hours. In the end, I'm satisfied with the trustworthiness of the website and the overall quality and value of the service/product, but I would suggest that they work with their distributor network to ensure better communication whenever a delivery is delayed by more than a few days. Just an email to say "shipment delayed" for Reason X would have been enough. On the plus side, prices are very reasonable compared to other vendors, the website is well-organised, and the ordering process was extremely easy with the option to use Paypal as a payment method for additional security. Except for the delay, the overall experience was good.

Nothing received. i made a purchase and it appears my package was never shipped. i sent several emails over the span of 2 days which i never received a reply to. i called the customer care number twice both times the operator asking me to leave my details and assuring me someone would get back to. this never happened. nor was i offered a refund. very unprofessional. as things stand i have have had money taken from my account and can not get in touch with anyone regarding why my package has not been sent or a refund. so ive pretty much been conned out of my money. there are many other pharmacist companies that are very reliable, this is not one of them. if you value your money then do not purchase from this website.
