I hardly ever write reviews I hardly ever write reviews, but feel compelled here because my customer experience was just fine yet the average rating is so low here. Ordered a product on Saturday, got it on Friday. Extra points for the absolutely great price. Four instead of five stars because of the many advertising samples and advertising flyers in the delivery package..

No problem at all I was not sure after the ratings but I've received the products in 3 days. As it was my first order they've also included some sample products. Thank you so much!

They just stole my money They just stole my money! I never received the medicine I bought. This website is a fiasco. DO NOT BUY THERE. I had to open a Paypal case to get my money back. They do not answer your messages or the phone line.

No customer service. There are many and better alternatives I wrote a typo in the shipping address and hung 30 minutes on the phone line without an answer. The email address they provide apparently doesn't answer requests. Therefore you can only write the a fax or a letter or visit them personally. I had to cancel my order and they lost revenue due to lacking customer service.
