Shipping was ok Shipping was ok, to the other hand the product, Haven Ceramic Diffuser, i ordered, wasn’t really ceramic, it’s a plastic underneath ceramic :( Pretty disappointed not only about the way they describe it, but also the price they sell the product for. It’s a false misleading information, basically I will never buy any product neither recommend anywho.

Good products but the way the… Good products but the way the management handles the customer service agents, its quite bad. Low pay, some teams are forced to take holidays when they actually dont want. On busy teams they asked you to stay longer without extra pay. Some cases you get the time back. Only when you keep asking. End of month benefits and draws all cut. YL does not learn from other customer service companies. They sometimes force you to do 2x30 min lunch break if you dont say anything.

Dreadful business practice Dreadful business practice. Wonderful (if expensive) oils but the company is so disorganized. Waiting weeks without any information on ETA or orders and the online staff have no information either. Plus it takes days for them to reply to an email. Lovely products but they really shouldn't be running a business. Try Tissarend instead.

Grinch who stole Christmas! Customer service did not have the authority to fix my order or to honor the sale price. Customer service kept repeating their authorized script and apologizing for my online order experience. The order was a major Christmas gift and I’m very disappointed. I would be a new customer but they didn’t do anything to keep me as a customer. Bah humbug

Unethical company Unethical company. I ordered once from them, then learned of their business practices, such as the multiple lawsuits they currently have against former employees for having the audacity to leave their company. I then repeatedly asked to have my account canceled, finally starting to get rude with them when they repeatedly ignored me. Then in retaliation they place an unauthorized order on my account!!!! Now Im having to have my bank change my debit card JUST to keep them from putting more charges on my account.
