I found the smoking cessation seminar… I found the smoking cessation seminar very informative. Patrick also gave out thought processes that tet you thru. The down side of seminar was we were all stuffed together like sardines. It was very uncomfortable and I dont feel like I got full effect of hypnosis. I know the purpose is for them to make money but they should limit The number of people and perhaps do 2 seminars.

I was impressed with the education side… I was impressed with the education side of this seminar. I do wish Jeff would have gone over the things in the pamphlet that was given to everyone upon check in. I read the pamphlet while I waited for the seminar to begin and I read it again when I got home. So many things were not mentioned, it was disappointing. I felt the first half of the seminar was like an infomercial for the vitamins they offer, and that too was frustrating. I really expected more from this. More ways to curve the cravings and stop the desire. I will say I purchased the vitamins and am about 18 hours into being a non smoker. I have done this before on my own without anything. I am still fighting the urges and mental challenges and do not feel any relief from the vitamins.

I attended the online hypnosis class last night and as for today... well, so far I’m doing great. I feel excited that quitting this time feels different to me and I feel successful already. Mark provides tools that REALLY work to knock out and destroy cravings. Thanks a million Mark. You are changing peoples lives.

I went to the seminar to lose weight I went to the seminar to lose weight. This was my last resort since Ive tried everything else. I was really hoping this would help me but as usual it didnt work for me. That was $49.99 down the drain. Now I really dont know what Im going to do because my depression about my weight has gotten worse now.
