I was impressed with the education side… I was impressed with the education side of this seminar. I do wish Jeff would have gone over the things in the pamphlet that was given to everyone upon check in. I read the pamphlet while I waited for the seminar to begin and I read it again when I got home. So many things were not mentioned, it was disappointing. I felt the first half of the seminar was like an infomercial for the vitamins they offer, and that too was frustrating. I really expected more from this. More ways to curve the cravings and stop the desire. I will say I purchased the vitamins and am about 18 hours into being a non smoker. I have done this before on my own without anything. I am still fighting the urges and mental challenges and do not feel any relief from the vitamins.

I found this seminar interesting I found this seminar interesting, informative, and even entertaining. It's only been one day, but so far I have not smoked. I listened to the video when I got home, just a little reinforcement. Not sure if it was hypnotism or just positive reinforcement, but I'm hoping if I put in little effort I can stay a happy nonsmoker.

Participating in the Mark Patrick… Participating in the Mark Patrick smoking cessation hypnosis class was a unique, and positive experience. I attended the online hypnosis class last night and as for today... well, so far I’m doing great. I feel excited that quitting this time feels different to me and I feel successful already. Mark provides tools that REALLY work to knock out and destroy cravings. Thanks a million Mark. You are changing peoples lives.

Beware they push expensive supplements. Okay seminar, info and relaxing hypnosis. I felt the main purpose of the seminar was to sell their expensive supplements. Mark Patrick does have a stake in the supplement company. Be aware.
