Who knew weight loss hypnosis works? I was skeptical whether weight loss hypnosis would work but I’ve felt amazingly positive about by ability to follow healthy eating habits and exercise daily since the seminar a week ago. Doing what I know I should do to consistently loose weight really has been effortless and I haven’t had any sabotaging cravings. I’ll be able to stay on track and consistently loose weight. Highly recommend trying this. The only thing I’d improve is the size of the AM/PM pills. I decided to get those and although they work, they are daunting to swallow.

Love the concept but we will wait for results. I did my hypnosis yesterday and I have high hopes that you will start seeing changes. I liked how we were educated the first hour about vitamins and minerals the body needs to be balanced and healthy. I was kinda bummed out to find out that he was recommending we buy packages of the AM and PM vitamins. I kinda felt like I was taken for a bit. I did end up purchasing the vitamin package. Yesterday I did an awesome job staying away from sugar and junk food. I’m going to listen to the session again today to reinforce things.

Weight loss goals Fingers crossed that I (we) can make this weight loss goal reality. I’m going all in & giving it all I have for a healthier, leaner ME. I am reaffirming myself that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix diet.

I found the smoking cessation seminar… I found the smoking cessation seminar very informative. Patrick also gave out thought processes that tet you thru. The down side of seminar was we were all stuffed together like sardines. It was very uncomfortable and I dont feel like I got full effect of hypnosis. I know the purpose is for them to make money but they should limit The number of people and perhaps do 2 seminars.

i attended a stop smoking seminar on… i attended a stop smoking seminar on 1-7-24 in covington la. and after i left my cravings for a cigarette was stronger than when i went in.i honestly do not believe i was not hypnotized at all. i read reviews on his website but failed to look at other sites with reviews. had i done that i would have never done it. They sell you vitamins before they hypnotize you. if they would have tried to sell me vitamins after the seminar, i would not have bought them. They know that. that's why they sell them before hand. bottom line is i am still smoking and out $250.00 dollars. i have a lot of friends that want to try it but based on my experience it is a total scam, and that's what i told them.
