I paid in full then was asked to pay more! I paid in full then got multiple text communications to pay for more because the PAYPAL method of payment that I got invoiced from takes a small percentage from the seller. Well, that is normal. A buyer should not be asked to pay more, once he/she has paid the invoice in full. This cause lack of trust.

I feel like this site is questionable I feel like this site is questionable. I called three times after I placed my order but the voice was not in English. I checked to make sure I had the correct number and it was. I also emailed them numerous times and the emails came back undeliverable even though I checked to make sure I copied and pasted their email correctly. Be careful. Fortunately they did not get my money. This is just MY experience, hopefully others have better experiences. I received a reply from Nova health Zone. Yes, I did ask to cancel my order via replying to their text message (518 519-0383) asking me to pay for my order after I tried to call and email and couldn't get through. Calling the text phone number didn't work for me either. I knew I needed a prescription, I just wanted to cancel my order, again, because of the reasons above. I said that this was MY experience and that I hoped others have better experiences. Maybe their email and phones were out of service that day and they are legitimate?
