Great Customer Service and follow-through 18 January 2022 update: A replacement package with the correct product was shipped and received safely. BuyTapenta has been very good about communicating with me following the initial hiccup of shipping out the wrong product. Delivery time was great. Pricing is higher than competitors, but the customer service follow-through is excellent making BuyTapenta my new first choice for medications. 16 January 2022 Re: Order # 242989. Delivery time was 10 days. Unfortunately, the package DID NOT contain what I ordered. I have contacted BuyTapenta via email AND by text message and I am waiting for a response back. I would like to have BuyTapenta ship me the product I ordered. 6 January 2022 I initially received no response when I tried to contact buytapenta via email and phone. That issue has now been resolved. I will be placing an order and will share my experience with their customer service and delivery time after my product arrives.
