Scam First of all the customer help line has employees that lack customer communication skills, a gal I spoke to was rude and lacked communication skills. The product is a scam. I purchased the kidney cleanse and I had more frequency to urinate than usual. No change there. After a day or two my face and body began to break out in hives. I thought it was the product cleansing so I kept with the regimen. At day 8 I decide to stop because my face became red and covered in blemishes soon after consuming the capsules. By this point my body was asking me to stop. I’m a vegetarian and the raw food diet was a cake walk. I followed everything like instructed. This product is bogus and it does not work. Don’t waste your money. I’ll report them to the BBB.

Buy from another company I like the product I purchased, but it seems like DHerbs staff take their time shipping products to customers. I waited for two weeks to receive the product and never received an update from the company about when I could expect to receive it. The next time I need supplements, I will buy them from Amazon. In many cases, Amazon is cheaper and you definitely receive products quicker.

Some of their products are okay Some of their products are okay, if and when you receive them. But the customer service is terrible. You pay over 7.00 for shipping and they send your package the cheapest route available. The one and only person who works the customer service department has a hard time giving you a refund or shipping your products after its been lost. This is the main reason why I am discontinuing my relationship with this company. The lack of customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere, where you can get a refund or re-shipment without the hassle.

Way too many pills for a senitive stomach Taking 630 pills for 21 days (30 pills a day) wrecked havoc on my digestive system, I had regular bowel movements at least twice a day before this plan, while on this plan I was lucky to have one, and the one I had was runny and left me with cramps. I followed the plan like clockwork to a T and only lost a total of 5lbs, and increased water bloat which took forever to recide. The only things good about this plan was it helped me increase my daily water intake and it helped me with my conversion to a plant based diet. I suspect it was all of those pills "herbs" that wrecked havoc on my digestive system. Maybe y'all should try a liquid form of herbs instead of pill form.
