GBDifficulty when return product and funds taken My experience when I wanted to return the product unopened was horrible. I received a return label but no return envelope. Finally glued it back together and sent it back. I was told I could hold onto it longer to try them but now they took the funds from my boyfriends account and said it was after the 30 day free trial. I never opened or used the product. Beware! Hard to belief mine is the only negative review?

GBI was totally satisfied with my… I was totally satisfied with my experience with the person I talked with. She knew her products and was very helpful when asked about an update hearing aid. The thing that didn’t make the company five stars is that she told me replacement hearing aid would be here in 3 days it’s has been 3 working days and one week end. If my math is correct that is 5 days and counting.

GBI purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR… I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR hearing devices on 10/26/2017 due to continued calls- ORD- 000181695 from 300 Bull St. Ste 200 Savannah GA 31401- I am NOT happy or satisfied with these devices as they are NOT the aids indicated in the purchase- The right unit is a little better than the left but in having a Dr. Audiologist review these devices he indicated that they are NOT hearing aids but amps- I have not made a lot of contacts with Mr. Jerrod M. Johnson Marketing Manager or Tracy Young Owner as they have never been available to me-

GBInitial service was prompt and… Initial service was prompt and responsive. It would help to have online resources available for any problem resolution or to acquire parts and service. Currently as I know all customer services are only available through phone contact. This was my experience when I had to have a connector replaced for one hearing aid. My needs were handled efficiently but online contact would have been more convenient. Now I need ear bud replacements. How do I contact ListenClear?
