Vague shipping, solid product I received my vapium lite pretty fast through mail order. Had to download a separate app to track the order which was just as vague as expected. It went from “order received” to “sent” with no updates on location, expected arrival, etc. I was happy to get it within 2 weeks and everything is working as expected. The USB C cable is on the short side but functional, recommend getting a longer one.

Their warranty doesn't mean anything I bought a vapium vaporize lite on December 19 2019. The product was working great, then about 7 months later the lid consistently kept falling off. The product confirmed there is a 1 year warranty, so I registered the product on their website and sent them a message as well. I never heard back, so I called the company during company hours but never got through. I also messaged them via their live chat and received over 20 messages stating "Thank you for your patience, you are next in line. We will be with you shortly." I don't think the 1 year warranty is guaranteed if nobody ever gets back to you.

VAPIUM LITE Might be Great.... When I Get it I ordered the VAPIUM LITE because it really seems to be geared towards me, a new user. I will write another review once I actually receive my purchase but be warned their shipping times are not what you think. Their orders are fulfill from a "Global Fulfillment Solution" company called SHIPWIRE in MISSISSAUGA Ontario who took nearly 5 days to just process my order. I really hope they find a better way to deliver their product to customers. Update: I received my product and it works as well as I hoped. Changed Rating to 3 Stars

Love my vaporizer! Original rating of 1 star reflected my frustration on not receiving product right away. These are unusual times so should have been more patient. Now I'm completely happy with a great little vaporizer. Thank you Vince for your assist.

I bought my vapium lite in January and… I bought my vapium lite in January and within a few weeks the mouthpiece had broken and just kept falling off. I then used the second mouthpiece that came with it and that too broke, it did last 2 months though. This is a real shame because the vapouriser itself is really good and otherwise I would recommend it, but I can't if every month or so you have to replace the mouthpiece.
